expseasons.com presents EXP Seasons and its events, including EXP Summit 2026 in Douala, 1–2 October 2026. The site lets you send a commercial enquiry, request press accreditation, create an account and, as a client company, manage your delegation.
Prices, programme and announced speakers may change. Places are limited, and the availability counters shown reflect real remaining stock.
You must provide an email address you control and confirm it. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for actions taken from your account.
No role or privilege can be obtained by altering data sent from your browser; permissions are granted by the organiser.
If you register colleagues, you confirm that you are entitled to share their details and to inform them that those details are passed to 3T Ticket to issue invitations. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter.
You must not attempt to reach data not intended for you, circumvent the site’s protections, extract its content in bulk by automated means, or use the forms to send unsolicited messages.
The EXP Seasons name, logo, text and presentation of the site are protected. The press kit provided may be used to report on the event, without altering the logo.
Speaker portraits and related content may not be reused beyond the scope their licence expressly permits.
Sending an enquiry through the site is not an order, a reservation or a commitment on our part. Participation is confirmed only after written agreement and, where applicable, payment.
The site is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the site.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the law of Cameroon. Any dispute falls to the competent courts of Douala.
The rights the GDPR gives data subjects, described in the Privacy Policy, continue to apply where the GDPR applies.
These terms may be updated; the version published here, with its date, is the one that applies.
